Melissa was awesome awesome very helpful knowledgeable she deserves a raise. Maintain needing a phone due to a lost phone. Even though I didn't get my old number. The service at the store was excellent. Especially compared to my experience with T-Mobile I see AT& T has greatly improved.

I had the most terrible experience at the Wood River AT&T store. I needed an upgrade on my phone and I did indeed walk out with a new I phone and accessories which I was told were included in the price. Imagine my surprise months later when I realized that the clerk added a new phone with 36 installment payments to my account and ported my phone number to that line. The clerk was sure to add the best and most expensive plan that money can buy. I have spent approximately 20 hours on the phone with ATT, and in the store with no solution. I have since learned that this is not an uncommon practice for this store, that they work on commission and that this is NOT a company owned store. I am currently 16 months into paying for this line which I did not want or need of since the installments are associated with this phone, there is nothing anyone can do for me!!! I have been an ATT customer for 25 years and I certainly would have walked out if they had told me I had to add a new line rather than pay for a line I am not using! Be careful at this store!

Casey, or however it was spelt because she wasn't even wearing her nametag, was extremely rude, disrespectful and condensending for absolute no good reason and then even lied to me after I talked on the phone with the Loyalty Department, and she said there were no sim card in store. She refused to give me one even after I was told I could get one from in store. I have been doing business with this store for many many years since the switch from U.S. Cellular and I have never had a bad experience like this, I will not be returning to the Woodriver store as long as that employee works there.

Kurtis was super helpful. He knew what he was doing and he was very patient with me and my dad. Our phones work great. Thank you to everyone who works there for your help!

Horrible service on 11/28 the manager on duty was laying on the bench I ask her to help me with my phone she said that there was nothing she could do. Then I ask the other worker to aleast pull up my account he also told me that there is nothing he could do. Very disappointing i'am also thinking about getting another provider I have been with att for years
